“Don’t just maraud. Maraud in formation.”
Orcs have never possessed what one might call a ‘leadership structure’ beyond ‘that guy’s biggest, so he’s the leader.’ But a leader requires more than brawn, and orc captains need brains too in these days of hectic urban life. They can count beyond five (usually) and study night and day to master that most intricate and lethal orc stratagem: the horde. In battle the captain is both bulwark and lynchpin all rolled into one. If the captain goes down, then horde falls apart. Unfortunately, this particular cause-and-effect has yet to dawn on the orcs.
